• Web Defense - we provide a managed service that filters viruses and spyware located on websites or within downloads as well as prevents access to inappropriate sites.
• Local PC Backup - we will implement a backup solution for each PC that will protect it from corruption. We could use this backup to quickly restore you to a working configuration.
• Technical Support – as the most critical component of our service, we offer free technical support for most situations. We can either walk you through the resolution over the phone, remotely connect to your computer and help you directly, or come onsite as necessary.
• Site Monitoring – we can setup a monitoring component to monitor the health of your server and network.
• Website Space – we will provide free website space for your personal or corporate website.
• Free Seminars and Training – we frequently hold free seminars on various topics, and we can also occasionally provide a personalized training course on a topic you may request.
• Installation Is FREE – we will install our managed services within your organization for free.

Additional Options:

• Online Backup - we can backup your critical data to an offsite location and make it available immediately upon a disaster. Please refer to our Online Backup and Recovery Service. $5/GB/Month
• Filtered Email - if you have your own domain email accounts, we can filter your email from unwanted spam and viruses. Please refer to our Email Spam and Virus Filtering Service. $1.75/User/Month
• Hosted and Filtered Email - if you would like a filtered email account but do not have your own domain, we can provide a pop email account that is filtered from spam and viruses for $5/User/Month. For $8/User/Month you can have access to an Exchange email account.
